Disposable Standard Capacity MEGA – ULPA and HEPA Filter Units

The KOWA Disposable filter leak free performance in a compact room side place able module. Designed to be installed in either 38 mm (1½”) or 51 mm (2”) into the ceiling systems or gypsum/plaster wallboard systems, initial installations and filter maintenance are simplified.

Ceiling Filter Modules
The USDA – HSDA – ESDA is available with custom efficiencies ranging up to MEGA filter efficiency of 99.9999 95% 0.1 @ 0.2 μm on micrometer size particles, making it ideal for Class 1 Wafer fabrication.


Efficiency Selection
Choose from a variety of efficiencies:
HEPA filter - 99.99% minimum efficiency on 0.3 μm particles.
ULPA filter - 99.999 5% efficiency 0.1 @ 0.2 μm particles.
MEGA filter - 99.999 995% efficiency 0.1 @ 0.2 μm particles.
